30-Day Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, registration, or service made through our organization, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction date.

The following may be eligible for refunds:

  • Program registrations and enrollment fees
  • Service fees paid for scheduled consultations
  • Donations made in error
  • Duplicate payments
  • Other purchases or payments made through our organization

Each refund request will be reviewed individually to determine eligibility based on the specific circumstances and nature of the transaction.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our team within 30 days of the original transaction date with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Date of the original transaction
  • Amount paid
  • Description of the service or item purchased
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation (receipts, confirmations, etc.)

Review Process

Once we receive your refund request, our team will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days
  2. Review the request and supporting documentation
  3. Contact you if additional information is needed
  4. Notify you of the decision within 10 business days

Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Check refunds will be mailed within 14 business days
  • Alternative refund arrangements may be discussed on a case-by-case basis

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have already been fully rendered
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the transaction
  • Administrative fees where applicable
  • Third-party fees or costs that cannot be recovered

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with adequate notice (at least 24 hours in advance) will generally be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
